Sherri has been with American Central Insurance since 2004 and a licensed producer in life and health insurance since 1992. She is passionate about helping employers, seniors and individuals choose the best possible products for their insurance needs through one-one-one guidance. She will not only assist you during the sale, but will be there to help you long after should you have questions or issues that arise. She is a compassionate person and a good listener which better helps her understand your needs.

Monica joined American Central Insurance in May of 2023. She has worked in many aspects of customer service for over 25 years and enjoys helping people. Communication, problem solving skills and organization enable her to provide the best service for clients. Her responsibilities include assisting in the day- to- day office operations and management, customer service and claim issues, and enrollments, and the best customer service possible. She lives in Tuscola on the family farm with her husband and 2 boys.

Michelle Joined American Central Insurance Services in February 2008. Responsible for customer service and account management for group life and health clients as well as individual clients. She is also a licensed producer in life and health insurance. In 2021, Michelle became Certified with AHIP and our Medicare plans and is now assisting existing and prospective Medicare clients. She works out of our Main office location in Springfield.
