Monica Cruzan

Monica joined American Central Insurance in May of 2023. She has worked in many aspects of customer service for over 25 years and enjoys helping people. Communication, problem solving skills and organization enable her to provide the best service for clients. Her responsibilities include assisting in the day- to- day office operations and management, customer service and claim issues, and enrollments, and the best customer service possible. She lives in Tuscola on the family farm with her husband and 2 boys.
